THP Solicitors are looking to recruit a full time Receptionist to join the team at our office at Bell Street in Henley. Our office hours are 8.30 am to 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant would be responsible for answering the telephones, transferring calls and greeting clients to ensure visitors to Bell Street feel welcome. In addition, the role will encompass processing mail, monitoring and ordering supplies including stationery, organising quotes for repairs and supporting colleagues as necessary to enable the smooth running of the office.
