THP Solicitors is continuing its support of the arts within the local community by returning as a sponsor of the Henley Literary Festival for the 10th consecutive year.

Commenting on the firm’s support of the Henley Literature Festival, THP Solicitor Partner, Richard Rodway, said: “The Henley Literary Festival is a highlight on the town’s annual event calendar and attracts hundreds of people who share a passion for books, writing and reading. As one of the largest and most significant literary festivals in the UK, it is a wonderful way to learn, share and indulge in a love of both the spoken and written word at venues across the town. We are very proud to have been associated with this event for the last decade.”

The Literary Festival, which launched in 2007, runs between 2-10 October 2021, with a packed programme of events staged at numerous venues across Henley. For those who can’t wait that long, there will also be a chance to hear from a range of international bestselling authors and personalities in September, including Cecelia Ahern, Brit Bennett and cricket star Michael Holding, who will be taking part in virtual events online.

THP Solicitors is sponsoring seven different events including talks by Gyles Brandreth, Ruby Wax, John Simpson, Jed Mercurio and Robert Webb. So that social distancing can be maintained, as well as the Henley Literary Festival’s two large venues – Christ Church and the Town Hall – the organisers are also building a 500-seater marquee which will be located in the ground of the Phyllis Court Club.

General booking opens 19 July with E-Tickets emailed directly after purchase. You can view the full programme at www.henleyliteraryfestival.co.uk
