We are looking for a Private Client Lawyer to join our busy Wills, Trust & Estate Administration team.
Location: Either Henley or Reading base with some remote working
Type: Either full-time or part-time
You will be expected to manage your own caseload and provide advice on Wills, Trusts, Probate, LPAs and estate administration, including elderly/vulnerable clients. There are excellent opportunities for career progression in this role for the right candidate. Ideally you will have:
- experience of drafting Wills, both complex and standard
- a good knowledge of Wills, Probate and Trust legislation
- excellent client care
- the ability to work as part of a team
- experience of using a case management system
- a STEP qualification or a desire to obtain one
- interest in business development and networking
