THP Solicitors Commercial Property team, headed by partner Frances Watts, has advised the LRC Group on five commercial property transactions so far in 2022, totalling over £30m in value.

In the latest series of acquisitions by the LRC Group, the properties comprise blocks of residential flats and are located in Leeds, Bristol, Ashton Upon Lyne, and Manchester, with a number of further acquisitions to complete in Q2.

The LRC Group is a privately held investment and management firm that has acquired real estate assets with a total value of over €6bn across Europe.
