Conveyancing Executive – Residential Property

Michelle is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and joined THP Solicitors in 2016. Michelle has worked for law firms for approx. 20 years and prior to joining us was a property lawyer at another Thames Valley solicitor firm.

A supportive and approachable member of the team Michelle is experienced in a broad range of property transactions including:

  • Residential Property sales and purchases of (both freehold and leasehold)
  • New build properties and first registrations

Michelle loves helping guiding clients through their transaction, working pro-actively to ensure matters are dealt with swiftly whilst giving great customer care and service.

With an extensive local knowledge of the area, Michelle works closely with individual buyers and sellers, mortgage lenders developers, landlords, tenants, property management companies and other legal professionals.Michelle is well versed in the government ‘Help To Buy Scheme’ and has experience in acting for clients buying, selling and staircasing shared ownership properties.

Michelle is currently taking the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives CPQ course to become a CILEX Lawyer.

Outside of work, Michelle is the Club Secretary for Winnersh Rangers FC helping support grassroots football in the local community.
