Sarah joined THP Solicitors in 2003 and she has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. Prior to joining the firm Sarah worked for Taylor Woodrow Developers, one of the largest housebuilding companies in the UK, and which has given her great insight into the unique requirements and timescales involved in new developments and new build purchases.

Sarah has extensive expertise in

Sarah has particular knowledge and experience in acting in connection with retirement properties and aims to take away stress from her clients, such as the pressure of developer deadlines or the upheaval of downsizing after many years spent in a family home, through her personal approach and calm manner.

Sarah has extensive local knowledge of the local area, property agents and other solicitors and always works collaboratively with those involved in a transaction.
