A team of eight lawyers from THP Solicitors will be taking part in the Reading Legal Walk in September, an event the firm has participated in every year since it was first established by the London Legal Support Trust.
100% of the money raised from the event goes to charities across the Thames Valley who provide advice and support to those in need in our community, so they understand their legal rights and can get access to get help if required, for instance, people living with a disability or illness who need assistance or those facing homelessness.
With the cost of living continuing to increase, many more people are seeking the assistance of free legal advice centres, which themselves are receiving less funding. Therefore events such as this are a great opportunity to raise much needed funds.
