Alasdair Poole

Alasdair has worked for law firms since 2019, initially as a paralegal before qualifying as a solicitor in January 2023. He has a detailed understanding of the complexities and emotional challenges that individuals face in family-related legal disputes, and his approach is both compassionate and solution-oriented, ensuring that his clients receive practical and effective legal guidance tailored to their specific circumstances.

Recent Work highlights

• Advising and assisting a father in reinstating contact with his children after a period of nearly of 18 months of no contact, in a case involving complexities related to allegations of abuse and drug usage
• Navigating clients through financial settlements both through out of court resolution and within court proceedings, including instances where there were initial concerns over other parties engaging in negotiation and complying with Court directions.

Alasdair was awarded a first-class degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham in 2017 and a Diploma in Law from Brunel University of London in 2018. He completed his Legal Practice Course qualification at the BPP Law School in 2019. Alasdair is an SRA-regulated solicitor – SRA number 812179
