Kaley qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and further qualified as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2022.
Kaley has specialised in Wills, Trusts & Estates since 2017 and is able to create bespoke Wills and powers of attorney for clients, as well as advise on trusts, lifetime tax planning, estate administration and applications to the Court of Protection.
Kaley initially qualified as a solicitor specialising in family law but has found her niche in our Wills, Trusts & Estate Administration Team. Her transition from family to private client work brings a unique perspective to her work and is particularly helpful for clients going through a divorce, or co-habiting. Kaley is a trained Dementia Friend.
Kaley was awarded her a Law and Sociology degree in 2006 and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2007, both at Cardiff University.
