Kathryn has specialised in residential property conveyancing for over 20 years, working for a number of regional law firms across the Thames Valley.

She has expertise in handling the full conveyancing remit including:

• complex and high-value transactions
• sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• new builds
• re-mortgaging
• transfers of equity
• shared ownership.

Kathryn has excellent connections with estate agents and always works hard to keep her clients informed of progress and their transactions on track. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX).

In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family, camping, swimming having fun days out.
