Kathryn has specialised in residential property conveyancing for 30 years, working for a number of regional law firms across the Thames Valley.

She has expertise in handling the full conveyancing remit including:

  • complex and high-value transactions
  • sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • new builds
  • re-mortgaging
  • transfers of equity
  • shared ownership

Kathryn has excellent connections with estate agents and always works hard to keep her clients informed of progress and their transactions on track. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and also a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, meaning she is a specialist property lawyer regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).
