He advises a cross section of small and medium sized business on preparing and managing their own Terms and Conditions of Business and on how best to respond to those used by their customers and suppliers. He ensures he is always on hand to assist with commercial negotiations and overcoming any problems his clients may confront in their business on a daily basis.

Malcolm also advises on company sales and acquisitions, supporting directors and managers in successfully addressing any issues that may arise in a transaction.
